Furkan Bayoglu is a global investor and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in real estate, strategic investments, and business development across Turkey, Europe, and the United States. A graduate of Istanbul Technical University (ITU), he began his professional career in the textile industry before transitioning into commercial real estate, where he built a strong track record through the development and positioning of high-value office assets.

He has led and delivered landmark projects including the Unilever Headquarters—recognized as one of Turkey’s first LEED-certified office buildings—as well as Buyaka and Business Istanbul, where he achieved high occupancy rates and successful commercialization even under challenging market conditions. His approach has consistently focused on creating long-term value through strategic positioning, efficient execution, and market-driven development.

Today, Bayoglu manages a diversified portfolio spanning real estate, technology, and infrastructure. As a managing partner at Kalakbayson, he leads strategic investments across multiple sectors, with the group further strengthened through a strategic partnership with the Gulf-based Al Hamadi family, enhancing its financial capacity and regional reach. In parallel, he continues to expand into deep-tech and industrial innovation. Through Geolock Systems, he is advancing sustainable construction technologies with fire-resistant and environmentally efficient building solutions, while also entering the fields of autonomous systems and robotics through Botcow.

His international footprint includes real estate developments in Tuscany, Italy—such as Undici Regni—technology investments in Portugal, and property investments in Bulgaria, alongside strategic engagements in the Gulf region. He also operates platforms and brands including TrendOfis and TrendEnerji, as well as the HUBY Café chain across Turkey and the Gulf.
